Your Role With Us:

As a member of Salem Health Spiritual Care Team, you will be responsible for providing spiritual support and guidance that honors the patient's beliefs and values. You'll be dedicated to serving patients and families with love and delivering the highest quality care. You'll not only have the opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference, but you'll also be part of an inclusive, respectful work environment filled with peers who have answered the call to care for others. Background/Expertise:

• This position requires a Master's degree of at least 72 credits in Theology or related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in chaplaincy or related field.
• Board Certification preferred.
• Clinical Pastoral Education from an ACPE program required.
• Endorsement from sponsoring body required.
• Certification in Psychological First Aid within one year of hire.
